Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies in your order. All discrepancies must be claimed within 48 hours of order receipt.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase price. Returnable items must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt and must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
You must contact us and identify your invoice number, the product(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your reason(s) for returning. We will send you the address for shipping back the item(s). You must enclose the receipt and a list of what is included in the package. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If this is the first time you’ve ordered from us and you’ve purchased multiple items, we recommend that you open one item and try it out. If you’re still not entirely satisfied, simply return the unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Once a return arrives at our facility, processing takes about 3–5 business days.
When exchanging items, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. We will not charge you a handling or restocking fee.
We do not allow returns or exchanges of on-sale or clearance items.
Outbound shipping is non-refundable. If the returned item was purchased with a free shipping offer, we will deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
